CAIRO – 1 October 2017: Antique Khan is a café adorned in historical artifacts seeped in history. Every antique piece is positioned in one of its corners, every old book, the decorations, and even the music of the place carries in it the history of our people.

From outside the library, an impressive gallery holds valuable pieces of antiques and statues of different cultures dating back to the 19th century. Many of these pieces are not just exhibitions, but are also for sale.

If antiques and book aren’t to your taste, you can always spend time in the reception area designed as a classic home. Surrounded by old fashioned radios, you can relax and enjoy classical music and dim lighting.

Antique Khan is located in the Cairene suburb of Zamalek, but it was originally inspired by a café in Germany, which was once the home of Adolf Hitler’s deputy.

The café also hosts many events such as book clubs and live musical performances.
