CAIRO – 3 July 2017: The U-19 Basketball World Cup held in Egypt from July 1 to July 9 is expected to continue matches on July 4.
Eight matches will be played on Tuesday July 4, with Japan opening the day with a match against Canada at 1:45p.m. Playing at the same time will be Spain versus the african team Mali. At 4 p.m. two matches will be played with Angola going head to head against Iran, and Italy playing the U.S.
While South Korea will play European U-19 champions France, New Zealand will face Argentina as a tough opponent, both games start at 6:15 p.m.
The day ends with hosts Egypt playing a tough match against Germany at 8:30 p.m. U-19 European Championships runner ups Lithuania will be playing against Puerto Rico.
Egypt started off the tournament with a 67-65 victory over Puerto Rico before losing to Lithuania 88-50.
