CAIRO – 24 June 2017: 46 year old Guardiola is preparing Manchester City for the next season’s challenges. Guardiola’s first season with Manchester City was not as expected. Manchester City finished without a single trophy.

“We will be better, the teams every year are better than the year before, but we will be better next season,” Guardiola told dailystar.co.uk
Guardiola spent 102 million dollars on Manchester City’s new signee Bernard Silva from Monaco and Ederson from Benefice.

Guardiola is a former Barcelona player and manager. Manchester City is in negotiation with the Brazilian right back Dani Alves and English right back Dany Walker. Guardiola worked with Alexis Sanchez in Barcelona during 2012, and he hopes to reunite with Arsenal striker Alexis Sanchez again.

He was asked about coaching in the Premier League. Guardiola answered, “I said many times I was so happy in Manchester, being manager there and that’s why I will be so delighted to arrive on July 10 and start again.”
