CAIRO – 14 June 2017: The Premier League’s fixtures for the 2017/2018 season were released Wednesday morning on the league’s official website, highlighting the season’s great matches.

Opening season matches on August 12 include Arsenal hosting Leicester City, Tottenham playing Newcastle United and 2016 champions Chelsea playing with a home advantage against Burnley.

After a long run playing in White Hart Lane Stadium, this season Tottenham will use Wembley Stadium as home base, with their first home game in the second week against current champions Chelsea.

Both the Manchester and Liverpool Derbies are scheduled to be played in the same week, as Manchester United hosts their noisy neighbors Manchester City and Liverpool hosts Everton on December 9, 2017 with return fixtures on April 17. 2018.

West Ham United will not be able to use their home, The Olympic Stadium, until September due to its hosting this summer’s World Athletics Championships from early to mid-August. According to The Guardian, West Ham will play their first three matches of the season away from home.

Arsenal hosts Tottenham on November 18 in the West London Derby, with the returning match at Wembley stadium on February 10, 2018.

Matches for the Premier League will conclude on May 13, 2018.
