CAIRO – 11 September 2019: Zamalek will travel to Senegal on Wednesday morning to prepare for the match against Senegalese team, Generation Foot, in the match to be held next Saturday, in the first leg of the 32nd round of the African Champions League.

Micho gave Zamalek players a rest from training on Monday, after beating Pyramids 3-0 in their match at the Borg El Arab Stadium, and crowned the White Knight in the Egyptian Cup, for the 27th time in its history.

During Tuesday's training session, Micho was keen to focus on some of the technical issues he also wants to carry out during the next meeting in the African Championship, after receiving a full file from the football sector in Zamalek.

He was keen to talk with the players of the front line in the need to contribute to the defensive side.

The five-member committee of the Egyptian Football Association, headed by Amr El-Ganaini, decided to hold the Super Cup match between Al Ahly and Zamalek on September 20.

A source in the committee told Youm7 newspaper that the game will be held officially on September 20, in the presence of both teams’ fans. EFA will determine the number of fans on Tuesday noon as well as the stadium.

The Super Cup is held between the Egyptian League & Egyptian Cup winners. This edition of Super Cup is for the 2017/2018 season when Al Ahly won the Egyptian league & Zamalek won the Egyptian Cup.
