CAIRO, 27 April 2019: Liverpool coach Jurgen Klopp says his team's top scorer Mohamed Salah deserves to be in the Premier League squad this season (PFA Team) as the list has been announced on Thursday.

The Professional Footballers' Association has announced the best 11 players of the Premier League, dominated by Manchester City's 6 players who are leading the English Premier League.

"Salah deserved to be in the PFA Team of The Year," Klopp said in the conference held on Thursday.

PFA has chosen four players from Liverpool to be in the Team of the Year list.

Here is the full team chosen by PFA:

GK: Ederson (Man City)

DEF: Alexander Arnold (Liverpool), Van Dijk (Liverpool), Laporte (Man City), Robertson (Liverpool)

MID: Fernandinho (Man City), Pogba (Man Utd), Bernardo Silva (Man City),

FWD: Raheem Sterling (Man City), Mane (Liverpool), Aguero (Man City),
Klopp praised Salah after he was named in the TIME magazine’s list of the world’s most influential people.
The 26-year-old, a prominent Muslim, has become a role model not only for his home country but for the Arab nation as a whole.
“I’m very proud of that, because people in football, we are obviously on television, in newspapers a lot, and most of the time we don’t say very smart things,” said Klopp.
