CAIRO – 24 April 2019: Liverpool Egyptian winger, Mohamed Salah, attended on Tuesday night Time 100 Gala in Ney York after he was named in the magazine’s list of the world’s most influential people.

The player, who joined Hollywood stars and political heavyweights in the Gala, is the first Egyptian player to appear in the list.

Salah joined Liverpool in 2017 summer and since then he established himself as one of the key players in the Premier League.

Salah has had an amazing debut season with Liverpool as he led his team to UEFA Champions League Final against Real Madrid but he only played 25 minutes and left the pitch after suffering an injury and followed his team’s 3-1 loss from the stands.

The Egyptian scored 44 goals during his first season at all competitions, including 32 goals at the league that granted him the Premier League Golden Boot award.

This season, Salah scored 19 goals at the League and he is the Premier League joint goal scorer alongside Manchester City’s Sergio Aguero.
