CAIRO – 17 July 2018: Italian manager, Anotnio Conte, sent a message on Monday to his former club, Chelsea fans to thank them for their support in the last two years.

“I would like to thank all of my friends at Chelsea Football Club for their hard work and support over the past two seasons," Conte said.

Conte was sacked by Chelsea and will be succeeded by Italian manager, Maurizio Sarri.

Conte had incredible two seasons with the English club leading them to achieve the Premier League title in his first season and the FA Cup title in his second season as club manager.

Conte added: “To the players, whose talent and commitment was so important to our successes, I thank them for everything. It has been a pleasure working with them every day.”

Conte was appointed as Chelsea manager in 2016 after leading the Italian national team to 2016 UEFA EURO quarter finals losing to the 2014 World Cup winners, German, by penalty shootouts.

Conte has not decided his future destination yet.
