Egyptian players dominate Squash monthly ranking

CAIRO – 1 June 2018: Eleven Egyptians are in the squash top 10 ranking for men and women, which was published on Friday by the Professional Squash Association.

It's the first time that Egyptian players have taken the first four spots on the men’s rankings. PSA announced the June world rankings for men and women on its official website. Seven Egyptian men made it on the list, and the top four are Egyptians. Also, Egyptian women occupied the top three spots of the women’s list, which included four Egyptians total.


The men’s top 10 came as follows:

1- MOHAMED ELSHORBAGY (Egypt)
2- ALI FARAG (Egypt)
3- MARWAN ELSHORBAGY (Egypt)
4- TAREK MOMEN (Egypt)
5- SIMON RÖSNER (Germany)
6- Miguel Angel Rodriguez (Colombia)
7- GREGORY GAULTIER (France)
8-KARIM ABDEL GAWAD (Egypt)
9-RAMY ASHOUR (Egypt)
10- PAUL COLL (New Zealand)




Nour El Sherbini managed to continue leading the women’s world ranking for the 26th successive month ahead of her compatriots Egyptian Raneem El Welily and Nour El Tayeb. The ranking came as follows:
