CAIRO – 6 May 2018: Football fans are expected to have an amazing night as El Clasico between Barcelona and Real Madrid takes places on Sunday at the Camp Nou at 8:45 p.m. (CLT).

Messi

It will be special for several reasons; it is the match of the season and a duel that both Barça and Real Madrid will try to win.

It will be special because the points do not matter; at least for Barcelona that were crowned as La Liga Champions last round against Deportivo La Coruna. But, the result will matter for the Blaugrana as they aim to end the 2017/2018 season without any defeat; they still have four games.

Guard

As announced by coach Zinedine Zidane, Real Madrid will not make the Guard of Honour (it is a tradition for any Competition Champions where the rivals make a corridor to clap for them) to La Liga champions, Barcelona . Zidane claimed that Barcelona didn’t do it when Real Madrid won the Club World Cup; so his team will not do it.

Coutinho

This is the first Clasico for Coutinho who joined Barcelona last January from Liverpool. Coutinho waited for a long time to win a title with Liverpool in England but he didn’t. In just one week, he achieved the King’s Cup and La Liga title.

Iniesta

It will also be special because it will be the last Clasico for Andrés Iniesta in Barcelona’s jersey; it will be the 38th Clasico for the Spanish player.
