Salah was named PFA Player of the Season after an amazing performance with the club, having scored 43 goals, including 31 goals in the league to be the Premier League top goal scorer, five goals ahead of Tottenham Hotspur’s Harry Kane.

Salah also won four PFA Player of the Month awards throughout the season and was chosen as one of the all-stars for the Premier League’s Team of the Year.

Salah will return to the Olympic Stadium in Rome when Liverpool faces Salah’s former team, Roma, in the second leg of the UEFA Champions League semi-finals.

The first leg in Liverpool ended with a massive 5-2 victory for the home team after a wonderful show from Salah.

Salah scored the first two goals and provided two assists for Sadio Mane and Roberto Firmino, who added the third and the fourth goals, respectively.

Roma players hope to repeat their achievement in the quarter-finals when they returned from a 4-1 loss against Barcelona in the first leg to defeat the Catalans 3-0 in Italy.
