CAIRO – 11 April 2018: Chelsea’s Belgian winger, Eden Hazard, hopes to win the FA Cup trophy to save their season after poor results in the Premier League and UEFA Champions League.

“We still have the FA Cup to play for, so we need to bring this trophy to Stamford Bridge at the end of the season,” Hazard told press on Tuesday.

Chelsea reached the FA Cup semi-finals and will meet Southampton on Sunday, April 22 at Wembley Stadium in London.

Chelsea has suffered this season, as they were eliminated from the UEFA Champions League after losing to Barcelona in the round of 16, and they are placed fifth in the Premier League.

The Belgian winger added, “We need to work together. There are six games left to play in the league and we will try everything to be in the top four at the end of the season."

Chelsea players need to end the league season in the top four to qualify for the UEFA Champions League next season. They are 10 points behind the third-placed team, Tottenham Hotspurs.
