CAIRO – 16 February 2018: Al-Ahly faces Al-Assiouty Sport in the 24th round of the Egyptian League at Borg El Arab Stadium at 5:15 p.m. (CLT).
Al-Ahly enters the game topping the table of the Egyptian League with 60 points from 23 games played this season.
Al-Ahly thrashed Arab Contractors last round 5-2 on Monday night at Cairo Stadium, while Al-Assiouty stunned Al-Nasr 5-1. It would be an attacking game from both teams.
Al-Ahly hopes to continue their amazing performance and reach the 11th consecutive victory in the league this season.
On the other hand, Al-Assiouty is living in a bright era under the helm of their coach, Aly Maher, as he managed to be this season’s surprise with 7 wins, 8 draws and only 8 defeats, which led Beni Suef’s team to the 12th place in the table.
