CAIRO – 23 October 2017: Al-Ahly striker Emad Mouteb confirmed that his problem with the technical team led by Hossam el-Badry, which took place in the match against Al-Ittihad Al-Sakandry, ended completely.

He stressed that the decision to participate for a long or short time is a technical point of view which he must respect.

Emad Mouteb participated in Al-Ahly’s great 6-2 victory over Etoile du Sahel in the CAF Champions League semi-final on Sunday.

Mouteb said, “Ali Maaloul’s first goal was very important as it gave us confidence and helped us in scoring more goals.”

He praised Walid Azzarou, the protagonist of the African clash, saying, “It was his best match with Al-Ahly, I am very happy for him. I told Azzarou that he will score and he did.”

Al-Ahly will meet Wydad Casablanca in the final; Wydad Casablanca defeated USM Alger (3-1) in the semi-finals' second leg in Morocco after a goalless draw in Algeria in the first leg.
