CAIRO – 19 October 2017: It is uncommon to be born to a wealthy family in Brazil and become one of the best footballers ever. It is uncommon to win the World Cup while just a young talent playing in a domestic league, and it is also uncommon to beat the unbeaten and win the Ballon d’Or. All that happened in the era of Lionel Messi and Cristiano Ronaldo. Amazingly, it happened to Ricardo Izecson dos Santos, commonly known as Kaka.

He was a handsome young man when he left his country searching for glory in Europe. Kaka joined Milan in 2003 after he lifted the World Cup in Korea and Japan in 2002. He was not a regular player in a squad of magicians like Ronaldo Nazario, Roberto Carlos and Ronaldinho Gaucho.

Kaka’s transfer to Milan was the most important step in his life. He got the opportunity to learn from the masters like Paolo Maldini, Andriy Shevchenko, Filippo Inzaghi and Andrea Pirlo.

Kaka felt important in Milan. The fans gave him everything, and he paid them back during his time with the club. He led his team to win the Champions League title in 2007, providing two assists in the final to Inzaghi.

Kaka’s performance in 2007 named him the Ballon D’Or winner, and he was the only player to be with Cristiano Ronaldo and Lionel Messi in a personal competition. In the end, he won against them.

Kaka felt that his time in Milan came to an end, so he left the club to join Real Madrid and form the dream team with Cristiano Ronaldo, Mesut Özil, Angel Di Maria and Karim Benzema.

Kaka’s days with Madrid were not like his old days in Milan. He could not live with wearing a different shirt than the red and black of Milan.
He then left Madrid to join Milan, where he played another year before taking the decision to leave Europe and go play in USA, paying back the game by increasing its popularity.

Kaka put his name among the greatest; he is a Brazilian football killer with the face of an angel.
