CAIRO – 2 October 2017: Bayern Munich winger Arjen Robben slammed his former manager at Bayern Munich, Carlo Ancelotti, after the club suffered under his command.

“There’s better training at my son’s youth team than under Ancelotti,” Robben told a German outlet according to Metro.

Ancelotti has been sacked from Bayern Munich after the humiliating 3-0 defeat against Paris Saint Germain in France at the UEFA Champions League and after his team lost four points in the German League.

The Italian manager had many problems with Bayern Munich’s biggest stars – Robert Lewandowski, Arjen Robben, Thomas Muller, Franck Ribery and Jerome Boateng.

Bayern Munich’s former player and Ancelotti’s assistant coach, Willy Sagnol, has been appointed interim manager until the board appoints another manager. The new manager is expected to be former Borussia Dortmund manager Thomas Tuchel.

Ancelotti signed on to coach Bayern Munich in 2016. He followed the Spanish coach, Pep Guardiola, who stayed with the club three years.
