CAIRO – 11 August 2017 – The Italian coach of Juventus, Massimiliano Allegri, is celebrating his 50th birthday on Friday.

Allegri became known as an Italian coach in 2010 when he took charge of Milan's coaching staff, before he joined Italian champions Juventus’ coaching staff in 2014.

Although Allegri didn’t achieve anything worthy of mention as a footballer, he had great successes in the past few years as a head coach with Juventus.

Massimiliano has coached seven teams since the beginning of his training career in 2003, from Udinese Calcio to Juventus, where he is currently coaching. Egypt Today has decided to preview some of Allegri’s statistics on the occasion of his birthday:

1. 166 appearances for Juventus since 2014.

2. Allegri led Juventus to win in 116 matches, with a win rate of 70% of his total matches with the team.

3. Juventus won the title of the Italian Premier League Seria A for three consecutive seasons with Allegri, whereas he only won one time with Milan in the 2010-2011 season.

4. Juventus also achieved the title of the Italian Cup for three consecutive seasons since 2014.

5. Juventus also reached the Champions League final with Allegri in 2015 and 2017, but they were defeated by Barcelona and Real Madrid in the finals, respectively.
