Under the patronage of Prof. Dr. Gaber Asfour, Minister of Culture, the exhibition "Japan: Kingdom of Characters" opened on September 17 at the Gezira Art Center, and was organized by the The Japan Foundation in collaboration with the Sector of Fine Arts. The opening was attended by a large audience led by Mr. Takehiro Kagawa, Japan's ambassador to Egypt, and Mr. Mohamed Diab, head of the central administration for art centers.
The exhibition will last until October 9.
