Farouk Hosni Foundation announces date of its award ceremony

CAIRO – 21 October 2020: Farouk Hosni Foundation for Culture and Arts revealed that announcing the award winners and opening the collective exhibition for the contestants who qualified for the second round of artistic competitions will take place on January 5. The exhibition is set to run until January 20, 2021.

It is noteworthy that the Board of Trustees of the Farouk Hosni Foundation for Culture and Arts decided to increase the number of prizes awarded to young artists, in response to the needs of the cultural and artistic community and as an investment in the success of the first edition of the foundation’s award, which witnessed a large turnout of participants.

The Board of Trustees discussed in one of its meetings all the new events, the foundation’s plan, directions and specializations during the year 2021.

It also discussed the most important projects that the foundation will sponsor, and the council agreed that all activities of the foundation should be directed to young people who deserve support, celebration, and encouragement for their innovation.
