“Heart of Palm” special screening to be held in Cairo Opera House on Sept. 25

CAIRO - 24 September 2019: The Central Department of Distinguished Production at the National Media Authority is holding a special screening of the documentary film "Al-Gommar" for Director Ahmed Tawfik.

The film screening will be held at 6 pm, on Wednesday, Sept. 25 at Al-Hanager Cinema Hall in the Cairo Opera.

Following the screening of the film, a symposium on the film-making industry of environmental documentaries will be held by Adel al-Absawi, head of the Central Department of Distinguished Production.

The special screening will also witnesses the honoring of a number of media leaders in the Distinguished Productions Sector, shedding light on their continuous efforts in the resurfacing of the production movement after long years of hiatus, and the personal funding of its employees.
