Do'souka to perform at Jesuits Cultural Center in Alexandria

CAIRO – 19October 2017: The rising Egyptian independent band Do'souka will perform live at Jesuits Cultural Center in Alexandria on October 23.

The concert is a part of Oufuqy Music Festival, which runs between October 16 and October 26 in Alexandria.

Oufuqy Music Festival is an independent music festival held annually in Alexandria.

The festival aims to create a different musical cultural atmosphere for the audience.

Oufuqy Music Forum's sixth edition kicked off on October 16..


A number of venues host the activites of the festival such as Atelier Alexandria, Teatro Alexandria, The French Institute in Alexandria, and Jesuits in Alexandria Cultural Center.


It organizes various music events including concerts, discussions, seminars and film screenings.

The forum is named “Oufuqy” because it follows the horizontal approach to give the audience the opportunity to integrate the festival into their daily activities, according to Oufuqy Music Forum official Facebook page.
