CAIRO – 5 October 2017: Two short stage plays directed by Mahmoud El Husseiny will be performed at Falaki Theater and Gallery at AUC El Tahrir Campus from October 8 to October 10.

"Okno" is based on a Polish play by E. Irinich, tackling very complex philosophical idea straining the life of six characters.

“El A’rd Ely Baz” [The Show that Failed] is adapted from German literature. It is based on a "El Kheyana Wehsha Awy" [Betrayal is So Bad] by Jon McLean.

The second play is considered as a new comedy experience in Egyptian theater, narrating an investigation conducted for a murder which happens in the lands of Haversham.

"Saleb Eshren" (Negative Twenty) is a school theatrical group founded in 2015. It takes its name from the ages of the participants, because their ages should be less than 20 years old to give youth more space to manage their issues.

Recently, it started to employ actors from different ages to develop the level of stage performance.
