Drama comedy film Gifted to be screened at Gusour

CAIRO - 22 August 2017: ‘Gifted’ will screen by Gusour Cultural Center on August 26 at 6 p.m.

‘Gifted’ is a drama comedy film about a single man named Frank Adler raising his child prodigy niece, Mary, at a coastal city in Florida. Frank noticed his 7 year-old child’s special mathematical capabilities, and subsequently had an argument with his mother to attain custody of her.



The film is by Marc Webb who is known for ‘500 Days of Summer,’ and ‘The Amazing Spiderman.’

It won the Heartland Film Award (Truly Moving Picture Award) for best director and Production Company and was nominated for Teen Choice Awards.

The film is starred by Chris Evans, Mckenna Grace, Lindsay Duncan, and Octavia Spencer and written by Tom Flynn.
