Culture minister welcomes Algeria as guest of honor in Book Fair 2018

CAIRO – 27 July 2017: Culture Minister Helmi Al Namnam welcomed Algeria as a guest of honor in Cairo International Book Fair 2018.

Al Namnam hailed the deeply-rooted historic relations between Egypt and Algeria.

The minister’s remarks came during his meeting with members of a delegation representing Algeria’s Ministry of Culture.

During the meeting, both sides discussed the participation of Algeria in the book fair and Algeria's plan for the fair, in which a large number of intellectuals and artists are expected to take part.
