Amr Youssef’s ‘Shekko’ movie tops Egyptian box office

Egyptian star Amr Youssef's action thriller "Shekko" tops Egyptian box office.

The film is based on Chuck Hogan's novel, "Prince of Thieves".

"Shekko" plot centers around two thieves, Ismail (Amr Youssef) and Hegazy (Mohamed Mamdouh), who rob on behalf of Dr. Yousra.

Suddenly Ismail and Hegazy fall in love with their victims and thus everything in their lives change.

"Shekko" features star-studded cast including Amr Youssef, Mohamed Mamdouh, Amina Khalil, Yousra and Dina El-Sherbiny.

The film is directed by Karim El-Sobky and written by Wessam Sabry.
