CEO of UMS Amr El Fekki: ‘Saleh Kamel was always supporting Egyptian art’

The second edition of Cairo Drama Festival honored the late Sheikh Saleh Kamel.

 

CEO of UMS Amr Fekki said”  Sheikh Salah Kamel contributed significantly to the Egyptian drama, Kamel was always supporting the Egyptian art.  I would like to thank Saudi Arabia and MBC channel for their major contributions as well."

The second edition of CDF honored the iconic Yehia El Fakharany.

El Fekki added that UMS was keen to honor the head of Cairo Drama Festival, veteran Egyptian actor Yehia El Fakharany despite that he doesn’t want to be honored.

 

The second edition of Cairo Drama Festival ( CDF) took place on August 24. New Alamein City welcomed drama enthusiasts and stars for a spectacular celebration of Egyptian creativity.

The second edition of Cairo Drama Festival celebrated the essence of storytelling. With the Starscrapers Awards, exceptional actors and creators got the spotlight they deserve. Reflecting 60 years of captivating narratives, the festival honored  the past, embraces the present, and paves the way for a bright future.
