CAIRO – 14 March 2022: Demi Art Gallery in Zamalek is celebrating the opening of the exhibition of the plastic artist Amr Ali el-Din under the title "Rest in Peace - RIP Tile", on March 15 at 6 p.m.

 

 

 

 

The exhibition showcases 16 artworks of various materials and techniques (sculpting - mosaic - installation in the void), revealing the influence of nature and ancient Egyptian art on the artist, and highlighting his ability to employ environmental waste in mural works.

The exhibition runs until March 31.

 

 

 

 

It is worth mentioning that the artist Amr Ali el-Din obtained his bachelor's degree from Helwan University's Faculty of Fine Arts, Department of Mural Painting, in 2007. He received a master's degree in mural painting in 2013, then a PhD in 2020.

 

 

 

 

He has been working at the Faculty of Fine Arts since 2008 and has participated in numerous exhibitions.
