Bahrain expands investments in Egypt following Sisi’s visit

CAIRO- 08 May 2017: Bahrain has finished the study of a new company in Egypt, set to be established soon, as part of upcoming cooperation between Egypt and Bahrain, according to first vice-chairman of the Bahrain Chamber of Commerce and Industry (BCCI), Khalid al-Zayani.

“Egypt is the heart of Arab world, the stability of Egypt is the stability of the whole Middle East,” Zayani told Youm7 on Monday, affirming that the visit of President Abdel Fattah al-Sisi to Bahrain today will be reflected on the further industrial and commercial trade between the two countries.

An Egyptian delegation will visit the BCCI headquarters in Bahrain within the coming days, to offer Bahraini businessmen investment opportunities in Egypt, according to Zayani’s statements.

Al-Sisi arrived in the Bahraini capital, Manama, where he met with King Hamad bin Khalifa on Monday. It was the last stop of his Gulf tour which included visits to Saudi Arabia, United Arab Emirates and Kuwait.
