CAIRO - 27 November 2017: The Egyptian Exchange (EGX) ended its transactions on mixed note Monday.

Benchmark index EGX30 went down 0.02 percent to stand at 14,219 points. The small and mid-cap index EGX70 inched up 0.72 percent to end at 782 points and the broader index EGX100 leveled up 0.66 percent to close at 1,818 points.

Market capitalization jumped LE 3.5 billion to record LE 769.782 billion, up from LE 793.298 billion registered at the end of Sunday transactions.

Arab and foreign individuals as well as foreign institutions were net sellers at LE 16.5 million, LE 13.9 million and LE 30.6 million respectively, meanwhile, Egyptian individuals and institutions as well as Arab organizations were net buyers at LE 3.3 million, LE 21.9 million and LE 35.8 million respectively.

Shares of 91 companies recorded increases, while 75 others saw declines, while, shares of 24 firms remained unchanged.
