U.S. dollar exchange rate stable Thursday

CAIRO – 10 August 2017: The U.S. dollar exchange rate remained stable in Thursday’s morning banking transactions.

The exchange rate of the Central Bank of Egypt (CBE) for the U.S. dollar is LE 17.734 for buying and LE 17.83 for selling.

The euro exchange rate slightly went down to register LE 20.82 for buying and LE 20.94 for selling, compared to LE 20.94 for buying and LE 21.06 in the prior day.

Meanwhile, the GBP (British Pound) inched down to LE 23.04 for buying and LE 23.18 for selling, compared to LE 23.07 for buying and LE 23.21 for selling Wednesday.

As for the Arab currencies, the Saudi Riyal stabilized at LE 4.728 for buying and LE 4.756 for selling, according to the CBE.

Meanwhile, the Kuwaiti dinar recorded LE 58.66 for buying and LE 59.11 for selling and the Emirati Dirham registered LE 4.828 for selling and LE 4.855 for buying.
