CAIRO – 1 August 2017: Egyptian Ministry of Housing and Urban Communities will be launching new apartments in the new Administrative Capital city for Egyptian expats, according to released statement on Tuesday.

This comes as part of a meeting with Mostafa Madbouly the Minister of Housing and Nabila Makram the Minister of Immigration and Affairs of Egyptians Abroad, who discussed assigning specialized offices for selling ‘Beit al-Watan’ lands for Egyptian expats.

The new offices will be opened soon in parallel to providing the residential units in the new administrative city within the first residential district in the project.

Both parties also agreed that an exhibition will be held in U.S to showcase Egypt’s major projects in October including the new Administrative Capital and New Al-Alamein City among others. The exhibition will be targeting the large number of Egyptians living in the United States in efforts to attract more foreign investments to the country.
