Madinaty and Al Rehab are the most requested properties on OLX Egypt

Madinaty and Al Rehab, affiliated to Talaat Moustafa Holding Group, topped the most requested real estate projects on the online advertising platform OLX Egypt.

Madinaty and Al Rehab came at the forefront of the most demanded areas for buying residential or commercial real estate, on the OLX platform last August.

For its part, the OLX platform considered this demand and desire to buy in the projects, including Madinaty and Al-Rehab, due to the quality of the services provided - the two integrated cities created by the Talaat Moustafa Group Company - and the fact that these cities achieve an integrated life for customers .

Madinaty project ranked first with an application volume of 16,557 applications,   Al Rehab project came in third place, with an application volume of 6,103 applications.

The electronic platform also monitored the 5 most in demand areas for sale, which attract customers visiting the platform and looking for real estate, as these areas included: The Fifth Settlement"altajamae alkhamis", 6th of October, Sheikh Zayed, Nasr City and Al-Shorouk.

The platform indicated that diversity in the cities that attract customers is a translation of the state's plan that distributing development means distributing the population in more than one city, and eliminating the concept of overcrowding and overcrowding in specific regions and cities.

The Fifth Settlement area in New Cairo ranked first in the cities that captured the attention of customers with a demand volume of 97,661, then 6 October City with an order volume of 42,644, then Sheikh Zayed City with an order rate of 38,075, then Nasr City with an order rate of 34,823, and finally, El Shorouk City Which came in fifth place with an order volume of 22,147.
