CAIRO – 2 April 2018: Assistant Arab League Secretary-General for Palestinian Affairs Saeed Abu Ali said the Arab League will hold Tuesday an emergency meeting on the level of the permanent representatives to discuss the Israeli crimes against Palestinians.

In a statement on Sunday, Abu Ali said the meeting will touch on the Israeli violations against the Palestinians, who peacefully protested on the occasion of the Land Day.

The AL closely follows up the developments, including the Israeli massacre which left 16 Palestinians killed and more than 1500 others wounded, added Abu Ali.

He stressed that the international community should assume full responsibility toward putting an end to these crimes and form a investigation committee that would hold the Israeli occupation accountable and protect the Palestinian people.
