Qatari envoy to attend evening ceremony marking Sisi's inauguration

Qatar's ambassador to Egypt will attend the evening ceremony marking the inauguration of President-elect Abdel Fattah al-Sisi, but will not attend the formal morning ceremony where Sisi will be sworn in.
