CAIRO - 2 July 2017: Foreign Minister Sameh Shoukry on Saturday held talks with his Tunisian counterpart Khemaies Jhinaoui on the sidelines of the meetings of the African Union (AU) executive council in Addis Ababa.

The meeting tackled ways of fostering bilateral relations in all fields as well as a number of Arab and African issues of mutual concern including the Libyan crisis.

In the meantime, Shoukry met with his Zambian counterpart Harry Kalaba to discuss fostering mutual ties as well as a number of regional issues and the situation in the Africa.

Earlier, Shoukry met with the foreign ministers of Somali, Algeria, Nigeria, Rwanda, Morocco and Ethiopia on the sidelines of the AU meetings.

The meetings are preceding the 29th ordinary session of the AU summit expected to be held on July 3-4.
