TRIPOLI, June 7 (MENA) - German's ambassador to Libya Oliver Owcza said he was appalled from reports indicating flagrant rights violations in Tarhunah, southeast of Tripoli, after militias, loyal to Tripoli-based Prime Minister Fayez al-Serraj, had entered the city.

Owcza said the reports indicated to extrajudicial killings, looting, and revenge.

He called for holding investigations in these incidents and urged the warlords to show self-restraint.

The ambassador warnings came amid mounting concerns from rights groups from the violations of the militias loyal to al Sarraj in Tarhunah.
