CAIRO – 18 September 2019: French Foreign Minister Jean-Yves Le Drian said on Wednesday that he and the Egyptian President Abdel Fatah al Sisi agreed to boost the collaboration between Egypt and France in all fields.

Le Drian said during a press conference with his Egyptian counterpart, Sameh Shoukry, that France will increase its investment in Egypt due to the suitable investment circumstances, adding that many French businessmen are eager to pump their money in several Egyptian projects.

The French foreign minister who visits Egypt as part of a tour in the region expressed his hope for a constant peace in the Middle East, adding that Egypt is an essential partner in the region.
