ANKARA, July 9 (MENA) - Turkish army dispatched additional reinforcements including special forces to the border with Syria just a few hours after tensions on the borders, Russia Today channel reported quoting Turkish sources as saying.

The sources, who spoke on condition of anonymity, said the Turkish troops included 50 armored vehicles and they have arrived from various military bases to Hatay province amid tight security measures.

Meanwhile, military sources said the special troops were sent to reinforce the presence of the Turkish troops stationed on the borders with Syria, without saying any further details.
