CAIRO - 27 November 2018: The Egyptian people gathered in Tahrir Square, Cairo to welcome Saudi Arabia’s Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman during his visit. The Saudi crown prince is paying a two-day visit to Egypt as part of his Arab tour.

The Egyptians carried Egypt and Saudi Arabia's flags, while some of them chanted slogans that express the strong relations between Egypt and Saudi Arabia, and the love of the Egyptians to Saudi Arabia’s crown prince. The citizens chanted "Egypt and Saudi Arabia supported one".

On Tuesday Nov. 27, President Abdel Fatah al-Sisi and King Bin Salman are expected to tackle several issues of a mutual interest and ways to boost Cairo-Riyadh relations.

Political, regional and international developments will also be discussed, according to Presidential Spokesperson Bassam Radi.

Radi stressed Monday that "Sisi and MBS's bilateral talks come within the framework of the strategic partnership between the two countries."
