CAIRO- 15 May: Egyptian President Abdel Fatah al-Sisi received a phone call on Monday from his American counterpart Donald Trump, where the latter confirmed the strength of the strategic relations between Egypt and the United states.

Trump expressed his keenness to enhance the partnership between both countries in all fields. American President said he is looking forward to meet the Egyptian leader during the expected American-Arab-Islamic summit scheduled to be held in Saudi Arabia on May 21.

Trump praised Egyptian pivotal role in the Middle East, beside the state’s anti-terrorism efforts to restore stability in the region.

Trump revealed during the call his intentions to visit Egypt soon, pointing out the importance of intensive coordination between both countries regarding issues of common concern.

Egyptian President Abdel Fatah al-Sisi expressed his keenness to enhance the bilateral relations between Egypt and United States into further stage. The Egyptian leader said he is looking forward to meet his American counterpart during the upcoming American-Arab-Islamic summit in Riyadh.

Al-Sisi welcomed his counterpart’s plans to visit Egypt in order to resume discussions regarding the needed means to regain stability in the region besides facing terrorism.
