37 Palestinians killed by Israeli army gunfire in Gaza

GAZA CITY - 14 May 2018: Israeli soldiers shot and killed 37 Palestinians by early afternoon Monday during massive protests at the Gaza border and injured more than 1,700 others, according to the Palestinian Ministry of Health.

Tens of thousands of Palestinians gathered at the Gaza border since the morning heeding calls for mass rallies to protest the opening of the US embassy in Jerusalem and to mark the 70th anniversary for the Palestinian Nakba, WAFA News Agency reported on Monday.

The Palestinian Health Ministry launched a distress call to the bodies concerned in order to provide hospitals with medicine to offer treatment for the injured.
