CAIRO - 18 January 2018: Egypt is expected to witness "unstable" weather on Thursday and Friday, Egypt’s Meteological Authority warned, asserting that the weather would return to its normal conditions starting Saturday.

Chairman of the Meteorological Authority Ahmed Abdel-Aal said that there will be strong winds across most parts of Egypt, which may develop into dust storms in some parts of the country.

He stated that these dust storms may lead to low visibility in desert areas, possibly disrupting navigation in the Red and Mediterranean seas.

It is expected that the great temperatures on Thursday across the country's different regions are as follow:

The Nile Delta and Cairo: 18 degrees Celsius.

North of Upper Egypt: 19 degrees Celsius.

South of Upper Egypt: 22 degrees Celsius.

The West Coast: 18 degrees Celsius.

The East Coast: 19 degrees Celsius.
