Abul Gheit inaugurates 1st specialized Arab unions forum

CAIRO - 27 December 2017: Arab League Secretary General Ahmed Abul Gheit inaugurated on Wednesday the first forum of the specialized Arab unions, under the theme "the role of Arab unions in joint Arab action in the coming stage."

The forum will discuss means of benefiting from the specialized Arab unions' programs and activities in facing challenges besetting the Arab region.

The event aims at discussing means to benefit from the know-how of these Arab unions in the Arab countries.

The forum is held within the framework of the joint Arab action system to try to draw more benefits from these unions to help the Arab world in facing all kinds of challenges whether economic, social or cultural.
