Alex, Dekheila ports closed over bad weather

ALEXANDRIA, Egypt - 6 December 2017: The Alexandria Port Authority decided on Tuesday to close Alexandria and Dekheila ports over bad weather and high wind velocity.

The decision is meant to prevent any collision of ships and to ensure safety of maritime navigation, an official at the port said.

Heavy rains would continue for five days in Alexandria, accompanied by strong winds.
