SANAA - 2 December 2017: Yemeni President Abdrabbu Mansour Hadi will hold a meeting in the coming hours on the latest developments in Sanaa, said a spokesman for the government on Saturday.

The meeting will be attended by Hadi's advisers and the national defense council, Rageh Badi told the Dubai-based Al Arabiya Al Hadath TV news channel.

Badi termed what is happening in the capital as "a popular uprising in which all segments of the Yemeni society are taking part."

"This shows how monstrous the criminals Houthis are," he added, calling on all Yemeni to participate in the revolt in order to get rid of the rebels
