CAIRO – 25 November 2017: On Saturday, Germany's Foreign Minister Sigmar Gabriel strongly condemned the terrorist attack on Al-Rawdah Mosque in Egypt's North Sinai governorate. The attack took place during Friday prayers, leaving 305 dead and 128 injured.

Gabriel said, “The news we got from Egypt is shocking. We also condemn, in the strongest terms, the despicable terrorism, which has never again resorted to violent criminal acts by targeting houses of worship and peaceful worshipers.”
