RIYADH - 22 Nov 2017: Saudi Foreign Minister Adel al Jubeir said that the sole solution to the Syrian crisis is reaching consensus that meets the Syrian people's demands, Al Arabiya Al Hadath reported Wednesday.

Speaking at a meeting of the Syrian opposition in Riyadh, Jubeir said there is no solution to the Syrian crisis without a Syrian consensus that would achieve the demands of the Syrian people on the basis of Geneva 1 and UN Security Council resolution 2254.

Addressing the participants, the minister said Saudi Arabia stands by the Syrian people as it has always done so that they can reach a political solution.
