Militant cell active in Tunisia’s Nabeul broken up

TUNIS, Sept 19 2017: The Tunisian Interior Ministry (IM) said on Tuesday that a militant cell, active in the governorate of Nabeul, Tunisia, was broken up and three of its members were arrested.

According to Tunis Afrique Presse (TAP), the individuals in question planned to commit attacks against sensitive sites in the country.

Two members of the cell were subject to a detention warrant and the third individual remained at liberty pending the results of the investigation.
