BAGHDAD - 25 August 2017: Commander of operations in Tal Afar Abdul Amir Rasheed Yar Allah announced on Friday the liberation of Al Khadraa district in south of Tal Afar, the Iraqi news agency reported.

Yar Allah said that Iraqi military forces and the Popular Mobilization Forces (PMF) recaptured Al Khadraa district of Tal Afar and raised the Iraqi flag there.

Yar Allah has announced, earlier in the day, the liberation of Al Neda'a and Al Taleea districts.
