Social insurance secures optional e-services for pensioners - Wali

CAIRO - 24 August 2017: The National Organization of Social Insurance signed a cooperation protocol with an outsourcing company to offer optional e-services for pensioners and those who have social insurance, Social Solidarity Minister Ghada Wali said.

In statements to MENA on Thursday, Wali said the protocol will offer many facilities for pensioners and those having social insurance, including applying for re-issuing pension cards via phone without the need to go to the office.

Under the protocol, pensioners and those having social insurance will also be able to benefit from e-payment of insurance premium, taxes as well as electricity, gas and phone bills.
